Landlords Accountancy Services

Any individual who receives income from renting a property has to declare this to the HM Revenue & Customs, even if they do not make a profit.

TWD Accountants have launched a fixed fee service designed for residential landlords starting at just £110 for landlords with one property. Landlords with two or more properties can take advantage of our comprehensive accountancy service starting at £169 plus vat. This includes the preparation of rental accounts and the related Self Assessment Tax Return.



Please note : These prices apply to a combined set of accounts for all properties. If you require a separate account for each property, please phone us - we would be pleased to arrange a fixed fee for you.
